Giving support to our customers is our number one priority, and below you will find the best ways to get the answers you need.
1. Find it yourself
We're not meaning to sound rude, but more often than not the quickest way to resolve an issue is to search for a solution in your favourite search engine (such as Google, Bing or Yahoo), as it's highly likely that somebody else has had the same or similar issue. You can define your search by searching for a portion of the error message that is being displayed (a direct cut and paste works well), or keywords that help describe the issue or how you produced the issue.
2. Search the FAQ
Our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) is full of helpful information to many common questions and problems that our customers experience, and our team are continuously updating the information to ensure it's accurate and relavent.
3. Try the forums
The VentraIP Community Forums is not only a great place to share your knowledge with other customers, but it's a great place to ask questions and get an answer from members of our team or from other customers, usually within a matter of minutes. Keep in mind that once you've asked a question and received an answer, you'll be helping any other customer who comes looking for the same answer.
4. Look in VIPControl
Our customer management system, known as VIPControl, is the envy of every other web host in the world due to it's automation and feature set. There are dozens of useful tools within VIPControl, such as the permission fixer, enabling remote MySQL access, and a cPanel password reset facility, that you could find very useful. Take the time to look around VIPControl and discover why it's the most sought after system that's exclusive to VentraIP customers.
5. Submit an eTicket
There some things that you just can't fix yourself. In these cases you should submit a new eTicket to the Technical Support department, selecting the service which is having the issue, and giving as much detail about the issue as possible. It's always best to copy and paste error messages, logs, and any other detail you feel may be of use to our support team.
6. Give us a call
