By phone: Customers requiring support for their business cPanel shared web hosting service, business Xen VPS hosting service, or any other web hosting service where the phone support add-on has been pre-purchased, can call 1300 484 133 or (03) 9024 5383 and dial option 1.

Our sales department is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00AM to 5:00PM AEST, to all customers.
By live chat: If available, the live chat button at the top of this website will show "online". Simply click the icon, enter your question and start chatting to one of our friendly team members.
By eTicket: All customers may submit a new eTicket via VIPControl for any service to the Sales department at any time. The average response time is approximately 30 minutes.

Accounts and Billing

By phone: Customers who wish to speak to one of our friendly team members can call 1300 484 133 or (03) 9024 5383 and dial option 3. Customers should note that any requests to make a change to your account will require an eTicket to be submitted prior to any action being taken.
